The Six Still Story

Image
Our group was aiming to create six images that would not need any speech bubbles or annotations in order to understand what is going on in the image. This meant that the people in the photos had to have clear gestures and facial expressions so that the viewer of the image knows what is going on and what emotions the subjects are feeling. Therefore, we aimed to show a bully lurking in the background that will attack two victims then a witness decides to help them, we wanted the action happening between the bully and the hero to be quite close up and then the closing image showing the two victims thanking the hero. Fast Shutter Speed Photographs

Image

Also, I think that a different background could work better and maybe if the ISO was turned up a little. The unsuccessful photos: This was unsuccessful because it was not the way I wanted the water to shape. Also the water is out of focus because the shutter speed was not fast enough. It should be zoomed in more.  The next photo was unsuccessful because again the water droplets were not in focused and they weren't as visible as I wanted them to be. Also, the camera should have been positioned lower a...
